Bantering the Blueshirts Ep. 144: JD’s Mission to Fix Hartford

It’s time to talk about the Wolf Pack

The podcast is a day late this week, but that doesn’t mean we didn’t find plenty to talk about. In this episode Joe and Mike discuss president John Davidson’s philosophy for rebuilding the Hartford Wolf Pack — which we can all agree has been long overdue.

We discuss where AHL head coaches typically come from, the current coaching landscape in the AHL, the tenures of previous Wolf Pack head coaches Ken Gernander and Keith McCambridge, and look into Davidson’s enthusiasm for bringing a little bit “more of everything” to the Rangers’ AHL affiliate. We even kick around the names of a few potential candidates for Hartford’s next bench boss.
