Game #69: Calgary Flames vs New York Rangers Open Thread

The Rangers are back in action for the second contest of their four-game homestand. After dropping Sunday's meeting with the Edmonton Oilers, the other half of the Battle of Alberta rivalry will take the ice at Madison Square Garden tonight as the Calgary Flames are in town for an old-school Patrick Division clash.

The Rangers remain in their usual spot on the playoff bubble. As they return to action. Columbus remains in the mix, and a winning streak out of the Montreal Canadiens has put Les Habitants firmly in Wild Card contention as well. With only 14 games remaining in the regular season, every game will be critical for the Blueshirts the rest of the way as they look to scratch and claw their way into the postseason.

Player to Watch: K'Andre Miller

Has Miller been a "player to Watch" anytime recently? I don't think so, so keep an eye on New York's smooth-skating, long-reaching defenseman wearing #79 in blue tonight.
