Game Thread: 1/4, Rangers at Flyers
The Rangers visit the Orange and Black looking for their first win of the new year.
Tonight the Rangers are hoping to rebound after yesterday's discouraging performance against the Buffalo Sabres. And they will do it without defenseman Marc Staal.
Rangers say Marc Staal will miss tonight's game vs. #Flyers due to an upper-body injury. Adam Clendening will dress. Lundqvist in goal. #NYR

Henrik Lundqvist will be back in net for the Rangers tonight.
The Flyers are 4-4-2 in their last ten games, but are 12-5-3 at home this season. The Rangers are 13-6-0 on the road. Philly's last game was a 4-3 shootout loss to the Ducks on January 1st.
The key to tonight's game for the Rangers will be staying out of the box and preventing the Flyers' deadly power play from making a difference. Philadelphia has the sixth-best PP in the league this year.
Clendening's return to the lineup will be worth keeping an eye on.
