Game Thread: Rangers at Stars
Can the Blueshirts avoid another Big L in the Big D?
The New York Rangers are on the road for six of their next seven games and will be making their first stop on this mostly West Coast swing tonight in Dallas.
The Blueshirts are coming off a highly-competitive 3-2 shootout loss to the Washington Capitals early Sunday afternoon and are looking to earn their first win since the trade deadline over a week ago.
Rangers scratches are, Claesson, Brickley and Lias Andersson.

Dallas, meanwhile, is aiming for their third-straight victory as they continue to hold a mere two-point lead for the first wild card spot in the West.
The Stars — who are 19-10-2 on home ice this season — have outscored their opponents 8-4 in their last two contests and currently sit fourth in the Central division.
Jamie Benn, who has 24 goals and 44 points in 62 games this season, has been particularly hot of late, scoring five goals in his last four games, including a hat trick against the St. Louis Blues on March 2.
The Rangers, who traded Mats Zuccarello to the Stars ahead of the trade deadline, will thankfully not have to face their old friend, who was sidelined approximately four weeks with a broken arm in his first game with Dallas.
Please use this as your open thread for tonight’s game.
