Henrik Lundqvist went to Italy, heard Rangers fans

Vacations are always nice, no matter who you are. And if you get the opportunity to go on a good one, well, why not take it?

Henrik Lundqvist took a break in between his skating and preparing for the 2016-17 season to take a trip to Italy. It's all good, though, because he's been at it for over a month, and is ready to get really serious - especially with the World Cup of Hockey in just 50 days.

But in the meantime, here's some of what he saw in Italy (plus a shirtless pic, because reasons).

Ciao ciao Italia! Amazing week down here on the Amalfi coast. I highly recommend this place for all you travelers out there. #Capri #Ravello #Praiano #Positano I now look forward to ramp up the skating and workouts next week. Even if I've been skating for over a month it feels like the real preparation for next season starts Monday. Time to get going!

The really cool part about his trip, though? Not the sites he saw - but the fact that the call of the New York Rangers fan followed him.
