Jonny Brodzinski Named AHL Player of the Month

While the New York Rangers have their eyes set on the postseason, the Hartford Wolf Pack are striving to clinch a playoff spot. Currently, on a four-game winning streak, the Rangers' AHL affiliate are being led by their captain Jonny Brodzinski. Brodzinski scored 11 goals and 20 points in only 11 games in March, earning himself some well-deserved recognition from the league as he was named the AHL Player of the Month for his herculean efforts.

Taking it further, Brodzinski was particularly successful at scoring against his Atlantic Division opponents this past month. The Hartford captain can add another feather to his cap as his clutch performance kept the Wolf Pack's season alive. We'll dive further into the Wolf Pack season in another article later this week and keep this post dedicated to Brodzinski's accomplishments as he deserves. There is a good chance Rangers fans will see Brodzinski rejoin the NHL squad once the playoffs begin.
