This particular post, however? This one is about how Carl Hagelin, Mats Zuccarello, and Derick Brassard were a trio of best friends - and now Zuccarello has lost both of them, as Hagelin is now in Pittsburgh and Brassard in Ottawa.
That leaves Zucc alone in New York.

The good news about this world we live in is that obviously, their friendship isn't over. Phones and planes and such exist; a long-distance friendship is really easy to maintain in today's world. But not being on the same team anymore definitely counts for something else, and... yeah, that part is over, now.
