Watch Dancin' Larry's new All American Ford commercial
Dacin' Larry has officially made it, big time.
Now that Fireman Ed has officially hung up his fireman hat, and neatly tucked away his green jersey, Dancin' Larry has become the new face of the New York sports fan. It's kind of how everyone is curious who will become the new athlete face of New York in a post Derek Jeter era, only way more important.
So here I was, watching the Rangers game Tuesday night at a bar in Brooklyn, when all of a sudden, I'm staring at Dancin' Larry breaking it down like he's in the 300 level at Madison Square Garden, only on the flatbed of a Ford truck.
No, your eyes were not deceiving you: Larry has graduated from the jumbotron to the big screen.
Ford really pulled out the big ones for the commercial's production. While Dan Boyle stars in the one above, there's another version featuring Carl Hagelin, and considering Mats Zuccarello is the third Ranger who appears in the ads alongside Boyle and Hagelin, one has to wonder if a Larry-Zuccarello commercial isn't going to be released soon.
