Rangers have recalled Connor Brickley from Hartford
Brickly has six points in 13 games with the Wolf Pack
After sending Vinni Lettieri back down to Hartford yesterday — where he wasted no time in scoring a goal in the Wolf Pack’s 3-2 win over the Toronto Marlies last night — the New York Rangers have recalled forward Connor Brickley today.

If Brickley, 26, cracks the lineup against the Sabres tomorrow night, he will be making his New York Rangers debut. The Rangers acquired Brickley back in January in a trade that sent AHL forward Cole Schneider to the Nashville Predators. Schneider is currently playing with the Predator’s AHL affiliate in Milwaukee.

Brickley played in 44 games last season with the Florida Panthers. He notched four goals and picked up eight assists in his role as a depth forward. He was Florida’s 50th overall pick in the 2010 Draft. Thus far in his career he has scored 17 points in 67 NHL games and 119 points in 247 AHL games.
Brickley is on a one-year, $650,000 contract. He’ll be an unrestricted free agent at the end of this season. In Hartford, Brickley has scored two goals and picked up four assists in 13 games.
