New York Rangers News: J.T. Miller To Be Recalled For Tomorrow's Game

The New York Rangers are expected to recall J.T. Miller later today, as Chris Kreider will be unavailable for tomorrow's game due to personal matters.

According to Larry Brooks of the NY Post, the New York Rangers will be without Chris Kreider tomorrow afternoon as he mourns the loss of his grandfather. With Kreider being unavailable tomorrow due to personal matters, the Rangers are expected to recall J.T. Miller from the Hartford Wolfpack later on this afternoon. That means that Miller will be the likely replacement to sub in for Kreider, as Tanner Glass was sent home yesterday with flu-like symptoms, and doesn't appear to be ready for tomorrow's contest (thank you).

Since appearing in just three games for the Rangers this season, Miller has been lighting it up in the AHL with six goals, nine assist, and 15 points in 18 games with the Wolfpack. With no morning skate expected tomorrow, we will have to wait and see if there are any last minute lineup shuffles to accommodate the addition of Miller.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Kreider and his family during this time.
