New York Rangers Open Thread: Rangers Vs. Penguins
New York Rangers vs Pittsburgh Penguins open game thread.
The New York Rangers will have a big game ahead of themselves tonight as they take on the Pittsburgh Penguins at Madison Square Garden. The Penguins are currently rolling with a four game winning streak, while the Rangers are coming off of a disappointing loss to the Anaheim Ducks on Monday night. J.T. Miller will be making his return to the lineup tonight after being a healthy scratch on Monday, and Brandon Mashinter will serve as the healthy scratch.
Henrik Lundqvist will get the start for the Rangers, and Marc-Andre Fleury will start for the Penguins.
Player To Watch:
Derick Brassard has had a rough start to the year, and has only totaled up two goals and four assists through his first 16 games. He has shown some flashes of brilliance, but he'll need to be at the top of his game tonight if the Rangers want to come away with two points in the standings.
