The New York Rangers will finish out their mini home stand tonight as the take on the Detroit Red Wings at Madison Square Garden. The Rangers are coming off of a frustrating loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning just 48 hours ago, and it wasn't for a lack of effort. They need to carry over their momentum to tonight's game, and hopefully finish up 3-1 before heading into Ottawa on Saturday. Henrik Lundqvist is expected to get the start once again, while Jimmy Howard will start for the Wings.
Player To Watch:
Dan Girardi is finally showing some signs of himself these past few weeks, and it couldn't have come at a better time. Him and Ryan McDonagh have solidified themselves as the number one pairing once again, and they've been doing some damage. I feel another big game from Danny G tonight.
