New York Rangers schedule: NBC announces 14-15 games

The Rangers will be playing plenty of games on national television during the upcoming season.

On Tuesday, NBC and NBCSN released its full slate of games for the 2014-15 season, and the Rangers will have plenty of opportunities to play for a national audience. The Rangers have a combined 14 games between the two channels, with New York getting its first appearance on Nov. 5 in a "Wednesday Night Rivalry Matchup" with the Red Wings at 8 p.m.

In total, the Rangers get seven national Wednesday night games, one Friday game (the Black Friday game against the Flyers, which opens up NBC's coverage), three Sunday games, one Saturday game, one Thursday game, and one Tuesday game.
