As per team policy, they did not announce the salary figures on the contract, but Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman reports the deal is three years, $9 million, which carries a $3 million AAV.

The 23-year-old defenseman spent the majority of the season alongside Adam Fox with the two serving as the team’s top pair, matching up against the best that the East Division had to offer night in and night out. He managed to put up 16 points over the 51 games he skated in this season, and had strong defensive metrics.
Lindgren had a strong season according to Evolving Hockey, and his $3 million per season contract comes in just above their projection of $2,766,000 on a three-year deal. This deal will take Lindgren to unrestricted free agency, and is a good value for both him and the team.
