His new deal with the Flyers is reportedly $5 million a year for five seasons.

According to Craig Custance, then of ESPN, Vigneault was scheduled to make $4.25 million this season as part of an extension signed with the Rangers in January of 2017.
Vigneault can’t be paid by both teams concurrently, so the Rangers will have that money to theoretically allocate to other parts of the organization.
It will be interesting to see if Vigneault asks to see if Lindy Ruff is made available, as he was the main reason the former Buffalo Sabres and Dallas Stars head coach joined the organization on July 10, 2017.
