Skjei-Clendening
Bodie-Girardi
Gilmour-Paliotta
Raanta
Hellberg
Both Pavel Buchnevich and Brandon Pirri are being given the night off. Both played in the first two preseason games so a rest is to be expected. Maxim Lapierre and Nicklas Jensen, however, will suit up for their third-straight game.
We’re going to get a second look at Adam Clendening — and with Brady Skjei no less — so hopefully he has a similar performance to the one he had against the Islanders.
J.T. Miller gets his first action since returning from the World Cup and he replaces Buchnevich on that top line that was so dominant in the first game. I can’t wait to get another look at the new Chris Kreider and I can already imagine Mika Zibanejad sitting in the circle ripping slap shots on the power play.
Thoughts on this lineup, guys?
