Rangers Vs. Canadiens Preview: Rangers Look To Break Losing Streak In Montreal
The New York Rangers haven't won in the Bell Centre for a very long time, and are looking to break their losing streak in Montreal.
Every time the New York Rangers head into the Bell Centre, I'm sure every single Ranger fans has this nauseous feeling in the pit of their stomach. The Rangers have had a knack for losing at the Bell Centre over the several years, and haven't won there for quite some time. With a new coach, a revamped lineup, and a new backup goaltender between the pipes, the Rangers will look to break that losing streak tonight.
The Rangers have been off since Tuesday night, where they saw their three game winning streak come to an end courtesy of the New Jersey Devils. The upcoming schedule for the Rangers will be a big test as take on the Canadiens tonight, welcome in the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday, and the Boston Bruins on Tuesday.
Dominic Moore is set to return to the lineup tonight for the Rangers, and Brandon Mashinter will come out as a healthy scratch. Michael Del Zotto will also be a healthy scratch for tonight's game, as the coaching staff hasn't been pleased with his recent play. Justin Falk will replace Del Zotto on the back end, while Cam Talbot will start in net for the Rangers.
The full lineup for tonight's game can be found below.
