Rangers Vs. Capitals Game 6 Preview: Win Or Go Home
The New York Rangers are on the brink of elimination tonight as they are down 3-2 in the series, and have yet another chance to extend their season.
Well, here we are. The New York Rangers are currently facing an elimination game this afternoon as they take on the Washington Capitals in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals. The Rangers were in this position last season against the Ottawa Senators, where they came back to win two straight and take the series in seven games. There's no reason why they can't do it again, and it all starts this afternoon at Madison Square Garden.

Some Quick Thoughts:
- It's highly unlikely that Ryane Clowe will be in the lineup this afternoon, as he left Game 5 with a suspected concussion yet again. It's yet another bump in the road for the Rangers, but if they want to move on, they need to overcome it.
- I for one, would love to see Chris Kreider slot into the lineup tonight. He jumped right into the action last season against the Ottawa Senators, and got the job done. Now, obviously these are two different situations, but hey, why not give it a shot? They've got nothing else to lose at this point./
Projected Lineup:
Rick Nash - Derek Stepan - Ryan Callahan
Brian Boyle - Derick Brassard - Mats Zuccarello
Taylor Pyatt - Brad Richards - Carl Hagelin
Chris Kreider - Derek Dorsett - Arron Asham
Ryan McDonagh - Dan Girardi
John Moore - Anton Stralman
Michael Del Zotto - Steve Eminger
Henrik Lundqvist
Martin Biron
Scratches: Marc Staal (upper-body), Darroll Powe (upper-body), Matt Gilroy (healthy), Roman Hamrlik (healthy), Ryane Clowe (upper-body).
