Official: Rangers Trade McLeod Back to Nashville
The New York Rangers are trading forward Cody McLeod to the Nashville Predators in return for a seventh-round pick, according to TSN’s Pierre LeBrun.
The Predators are re-acquiring Cody McLeod from the Rangers for I believe a 7-th RD pick. Trade call hasn't happened yet.

McLeod, 34, was claimed off waivers from the Predators in January last season. The enforcer registered one goal and two assists in 56 games with the Rangers.
This is likely the least significant trade the Rangers will make during their trading deadline selling period, but every draft pick counts.
Update: The trade is now official, with the Rangers acquiring a 2020 seventh-round pick.
