The Blueshirt Banter Ice Bucket Challenge
I did it, now some of you have to do it.
Have you guys heard about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge? Probably. If for no other reason than a brilliant campaign in which people pour ice water over their heads and then nominate friends to do the same or donate to the cause. There's been some stupid criticisms of it, but the true impact is the over $9-million raised for the cause. That' awesome.
Fellow blogger Dave from Blue Seat Blogs challenged me to the ice bucket challenge, and I accepted. See my in all my ice-water-covered beauty. Also note that I am not Michael Del Zotto. For some reason it won't load in so enjoy this link of it.
In order to get things rolling within our own community I chose three very special people:
Kevin Power - Because you laughed at me when Dave nominated me.
Grandpa Tony and 50 - Two of the "elder statesmen" of the site, if you will. And two guys who I think can really get this thing going.
I'm not going to tell you all who to nominate, but nominating people from the Banter will make this fun. We can all fanpost our challenges, and then we can all see who really is Del Zotto.
