The American Hockey League announced today that five replacement players have been added to the 2020 All-Star Classic rosters. Of the five that were added, Vinni Lettieri will be the second player representative for the Hartford Wolf Pack to take place in the event that begins on January 26.

Lettieri currently leads the Wolf Pack with 35 points, and is among the top-20 scorers in the AHL heading into the break. Defenseman Joey Keane will also take part in the upcoming festivities in Ontario this weekend, as will Kris Knoblauch, who will be the man behind the bench for the Atlantic Division.

In addition, Igor Shesterkin will be skipping the 2020 AHL All-Star Classic as he is listed as unavailable for the event. One of the biggest takeaways from Shesterkin’s exclusion is that he will remain with the New York Rangers for the foreseeable future. That also means the Rangers will continue with their three goalie rotation, unless Jeff Gorton can strike a deal over the All-Star and bye-week break.
